Buddha's Hand

At Yeomiji Botanical Garden on Jeju Island, Korea,
a "closed hand" form of the citrus fruit, Buddha's Hand.
Its fragrant rind smells strongly of lemon, and is used as a
flavor and aroma enhancer.
It also serves as an offering at Buddhist temples
where it symbolizes prayer.
